About the Role Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence; Manage case files and documentation efficiently, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accessible; Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates; Preparation of court documents; and Preparing invoices for clients. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a legal secretary (Ideally 1-2 years); Strong knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court systems; Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; Proficient in MS Office and any relevant legal management software; Capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment; and Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
