Pay Rate: $34hr - $42hr Shift times: 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am (12hr shifts on a 4 day on, 4 day off roster) Location: Smithfield, NSW (Other locations available upon request) Bonus Perks: Temp to Perm Opportunities & Overtime About the role: This is a Counterbalance forklift role that will involve machine operation/cleaning. The ideal candidate will need to be able to get off the forklift and do cleaning work as well 70% machine operation, 30% forklift. You MUST be physically fit, be able to lift between 5kg - 25kgs repetitively, and have the ability to work in Hot/Wet/Dusty environments. You may also be required to sort through recycling waste such as: paper, plastics and aluminium. You must be able to commit to a flexible roster and be available 5 days a week including occasional overtime and weekend work when needed. To be successful: HOLD a valid LF forklift ticket Must have a minimum of 6months experience operating a counterbalance Previous CLAMP attachment experience desirable Must be able to work 12hr shifts on a 4 day on 4 day off rotating roster on Day or Afternoon shift Must be able to get off the forklift and complete floor work (Machine Operation, Sweeping, General Hand duties) Must be physically fit and be able to lift between 5kg - 25kg repetitively Must be prepared to be on your feet for up to 6 - 8 hours (Long periods of time) Must be able to work in Hot/Wet and Dusty environments Must be able to sort through recycling waste e.g Paper, Plastics Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to start ASAP Must have reliable transport (Limited public transport to site) Must be willing to undergo and PASS a drug and alcohol test inside our labourpower Prestons office All applicants must also be willing to under-go a medical fitness via Face-time/In our office If you check off on the above criteria, hit APPLY NOW and will contact you immediately.
