To qualify for this program, applicants must: Be Indigenous (Mitakoodi & Yulluna members are encouraged to apply) Hold a Manual C Class Licence (minimum requirement) Pass a full Medical and Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) including Drug & Alcohol Test Be willing to live and work away from home during rostered shifts. Role Responsibilities: Warehouse Administrators are responsible for: Safely delivering efficient warehousing activities Ensuring timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials Adhering to applicable systems, procedures, and policies Training and Development: Hazard identification using Take 5 protocols. Safety Management System procedures Teamwork and collaboration Warehouse tasks such as checking, unpacking, stocktaking, picking, and packing, strapping, and dispatching. Potential opportunity to obtain a forklift license based on performance. Requirements: A 100% commitment to safety, including following procedures and participating in risk management processes, training, pre-starts, safety meetings, and ongoing safety improvements, is essential. Additionally, candidates should be able to build positive working relationships across the site.
