A large Food distribution company based in SouthWest of Sydney is looking to hire a full time Customer Service Officer. Customer service, processing Customer orders and daily tasks: Process Customer orders by telephone, voice mail, facsimile and email Answer Customer, Rep and Driver enquiries, whether by telephone, answering machine, facsimile or email Contact Customers daily who have Out of Stocks Process over the counter sales Process Return Authorisations or Credits if product is to be returned for various reasons by Customer Process orders and error messages from major contracts such as CountryWide Customers Day to day filing of orders, picking slips, scanning documents Collate and attach marketing specials to Customer Invoices Contact Customers with details on new products, samples and clearance lines organised by Purchasing, Marketing or Sales Team Assist Customers with enquiries and complaints Call and advise Customer on delivery times or issues if Operations are behind Call to advise Customer if Driver is unable to make delivery or is running late Assist Drivers with enquiries and issues Other tasks: Assist in maintaining Debtor File Maintenance when requested by Sales Administration Manager Be alert for any irregularities or non-compliance with Company policy and procedures in respect of Customer orders and report to the Sale Administration Manager Assist the Finance, Purchasing and Sales and Marketing Team when requested by Sales Administration Manager Requirement: Relevant qualification in Business Good communications skills Full working rights Start Immediately Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
