About the role We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Administrator to join the team on a permanent part-time basis. This varied role will be focusing on Accounts Payable and Receivable, aswell as maintaining and managing the financial wellbeing of 5 office locations. The hours are 10.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday based in Laverton North. The Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Accounts Payables Bank Reconciliation Expense Management Check Invoices for inaccuracies Process new customer & supplier account applications Handle general account queries Debtor Control Book & coordinate company travel General Ad-hoc tasks The successful applicant will have: Knowledge of general ledger accounts Knowledge of Netsuite (essential) Superior organisation and time management skills Impeccable Attention to detail Ongoing commitment to personal development MS Office knowledge Whats on Offer: A competative salary package for the successful applicant within a supportive and friendly team environment.
