Benefits of working for this company: $80,000 pro rata Flexibility to work 4 hours per day across four days per week Easy access to all day parking Scope for some work from home flexibility Supportive management team Team lunches, birthday, and milestone celebrations What will you be doing in this role: This part time role will see you take on the sales trust and bookkeeping responsibilities to keep the back-end accounting side of the business running smoothly in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Invest, reconcile, disburse sales deposits Enter invoices, reconciliations, receipting Prepare for mid-month and end of month Prepare sales settlement statements and marketing invoices Process all invoices for vendor paid marketing Commission calculations Property management end of month trust accounting Payment of start, water and council rates Oversee accounts payable Look at cost saving solutions and streamlining processes Check sales compliance with support of Operations team Liaison with Landlords and Tenants to interpret ledgers The right candidate will have: Experience managing sales and property management trust Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work Experience using Agentbox or PropertyMe preferable Analytical and problem-solving ability A team player who enjoys working with others Confident communication skills to liaise with the team A current Certificate of registration or real estate licence To confidentially submit your CV, please click 'Apply' and your application will be sent to Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
