You would be working within a supportive environment and be apart of a large and growing global business. You have the ability to work 24-32 hours a week over 3-4 days. Responsibilities As the Finance Administrator, your role will be to assist and support the team on a daily basis and be the go-to person for any finance-related duties. These duties include: Provide financial administration, including analysing and manipulating data from SAP and Excel systems. Generate Purchase Orders and reconcile invoices. Reconcile Company Purchasing Cards in line with required process monthly for Site Supervisor, Senior Manager, Technology Development and the Head of People & Performance, Global Innovation. Run financial reports with the assistance of our Finance Team Work with Department Managers to make necessary monthly forecast/budget adjustments.
