Our team are currently looking for a Retail Business Development Manager What you'll do: Reporting to the General Manager Retail, you will optimise Perth Airports retail business through the effective development, analysis and negotiation of new and current retail offers. This diverse role will allow you to showcase your commercial expertise and end to end relationship management skills. You will be involved in influencing terminal plans to maximise retail and passenger outcomes, lease management and administration plus full contract performance management whilst always being on the lookout for new retail opportunities and strategic initiatives. This role will place an emphasis on end to end stakeholder and relationship management, and the ability to identify, evaluate and develop strategic and targeted approach to drive revenue through the optimisation of Perth Airport’s retail precincts, shaping our retail strategies maximisation of Perth Airport’s retail partners throughout present and future opportunities. About you: Being commercially minded you will have demonstrated business development experience; sales optimisation skills and you can keep all stakeholders in the know. You will ideally have retail leasing and / or retail operations experience, a proven strategic thinker and negotiator who has demonstrated strong commercial acumen. Whilst you get a thrill from a new idea you are equally satisfied to see a retail development through to completion. You have experience in preparing business cases, proposals and reports and it goes without saying, your communications skills, written and verbal will be top notch.
