As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and solutions in the freight forwarding sector. You will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, processing quotes, and ensuring a smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. Prepare and follow up on freight quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and clear communication. Utilize CargoWise to manage shipments, documentation, and customer data. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of cargo. Maintain high standards of customer service and support continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong proficiency in CargoWise software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
