If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end service call life cycle, including logging service calls, allocating Technicians, ordering parts, and invoicing Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate Technicians and customer requests promptly Perform quality controls and monitor work in progress (WIP) Support business projects for clearing aged records and data management Control incoming and outgoing stock and transfer orders, ensuring accuracy of records Answer customer or staff inquiries (telephone or email) professionally and timely Provide administration support to ensure high standards of customer service to Key Accounts, including recording and filing of client-related documentation and data administration Administer purchase orders to ensure timely supply and receipt of goods and services Manage inbox, addressing and redirecting emails to relevant departments promptly Key Skills/Competencies: Previous customer service office experience, ideally in a fast-paced service environment Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Prior exposure to billing/invoicing using a large ERP system, High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft products Excellent coordination and time management skills Strong customer focus Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously Application Process: If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge, please submit your resume, we look forward to hearing from you
