Founded in the UK, with offices in Sydney, you will be working closely alongside all functions of the business supporting daily operations and being the first point of contact with global customers. Duties Communicate daily with customers via email, chat and in person when needed. Utilising the inventory control system and ordering office supplies as needed. Effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, both locally and overseas ( predominantly sales, marketing, & dispatch). Execute order to cash activities for all customer order types. Building & maintaining relationships with customers, sharing your strong product knowledge to enhance the visibility of the brand. Schedule internal client meetings. Assist with organisation of events and conferences. Skills and Experience Previous experience in customer service in a medical device or biotechnology environment highly valued but not imperative. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders. High empathy with the desire to improve the customer experience. A self-starter who can take initiative. Must be agile to pivot and change priorities as needed. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. Ability to investigate & problem solve.
