About the role Utilise your sales administration, pricing skills to assist our client's sales team to service their client base and support the company's recent growth. Your skills will contribute to our continual improvement in levels of service and the customer experience. Key Responsibilities for the role Manage issued tenders in various tender portals and vendor management software. Co-ordinate tender questionnaire responses and administer tender portals and subscriptions. Manage opportunities and quotes for customer requests. Supporting the Sales Director and Engineering Leads to support sales opportunities. Manage website and social media sites, the sales calendar and ensure sales marketing collateral and registers are updated. Manage Purchase Orders with suppliers, monitor the status and manage deliveries. Skills & experience Strong Administration skills including sales and marketing skills. Previous work in a sales environment with pricing or quoting experience. Ability to coordinate information across teams including collating information for quotes and tender responses. Ability to work as part of a small team - a real 'team player'. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills proficient with the Microsoft suite, social media and tender portals and vendor management software e.g. PROCUR-e, Workday, Felix, drop box and Sharepoint.
