Ideally you will have at least 5 years' previous experience within Hospitality/Retail Design, you will have fantastic coordination skills and the ability to run projects independently through all stages from concept design to construction. You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as a lot of liaison with third parties will be involved. Previous experience in managing teams and mentoring others will also be highly regarded. Experience on retail and/or hospitality projects will be favoured and local experience in Australia is a must. Previous experience of commercial kitchens is also important. The program used here will be AutoCAD & Sketchup, knowledge on these programs would be a bonus.
