If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client, a global organisation led by dedicated members and volunteers, is seeking an exceptional Retail Manager to run their flagship store in Toowoomba. As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting their mission to help those in need, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the largest retail outlet. Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $67,000 Superannuation Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures. Oversee inventory management, including restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and conducting regular stock checks. Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues that may arise. Supervise a team of dedicated volunteers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase foot traffic to the store. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Requirements: Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Passion for supporting vulnerable communities and making a positive impact. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
