Role Overview: A Leading insurance company based in Sydney CBD is looking for a proactive and driven Policy Support Specialist to join there team. Responsibilities: To provide support and guidance to customers through outbound communication channels (email/phone). Assist and resolve any queries from current and new policyholders in a timely and efficient manner. Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries. Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required. Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes. Accurately record all enquiries within CRM Systems. Candidate Profile: In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Customer Service Representative. Minimum 2 years' customer service experience. Proficient computer and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently. Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner. Well-spoken with a good phone manner. Strong data entry and administration skills. Previous experience within financial sector desired. Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen.
