We think a pretty good job starts here……… About the role: Develop your skills and knowledge in our two-year Graduate Development Program which consists of mentoring, training, professional development and structured six-month rotations across our varied teams. As an Engineering Graduate you have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network operations, capital planning, network modelling, optioneering, environmental and sustainability projects, project delivery, asset management and strategic planning. Graduates spend 12 months working together on a group innovation project, which is sponsored by a senior manager and supported by the business. We are seeking Civil, Mechanical, Chemical/Process and Environmental Engineering graduates to join us in February 2025. Strong time management, multi-tasking, investigative, analytical and research skills. Drive to achieve development goals, plans and work across a variety of systems and projects to achieve team outcomes. Ability to acquire detailed knowledge and understanding of various processes with an emphasis on learning and solving problems. High work standards and attention to detail in recording accurate information. Ability to understand and apply the various legislative and regulatory statutes.
