Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a highly regarded partner and the team, including managing calendars, organising documents, and preparing legal correspondence; Assist with file management, including maintaining electronic and physical filing systems and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of case-related information; Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective collaboration; Prepare and format legal documents, briefs, and other materials for court filings, hearings, and client meetings; and Assist with billing, time tracking, and expense management tasks to support the financial operations of the litigation practice. Requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm or corporate legal department, with exposure to litigation preferred; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and external partners; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software applications; and A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
