In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most respected legal professionals, supporting them in a range of insurance-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal support to the Insurance team, including drafting documents and preparing correspondence; Assist with the management of client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations; Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court appearances for the legal team; Liaise with clients, external stakeholders, and other members of the firm in a professional and courteous manner; and Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Who We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a support role, ideally in a law firm; Strong knowledge of insurance law and regulations, with experience in handling insurance-related matters; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels; Proficiency in legal research and document drafting, with a keen attention to detail; Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; and A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
