Job Overview: As a Health Care Worker, you will be responsible for caring for and supporting our patients in their homes or in healthcare facilities. Your primary duty will be to create a supportive, comfortable, and positive environment for patients while ensuring their care plan is fully addressed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. 2. Providing basic health services including monitoring vital signs and medication management. 3. Assisting in physical therapy exercises and mobility. 4. Helping in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. 5. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients. 6. Certificate III in either Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Individual Support 2. Completion of accredited healthcare training program preferred. 3. Certified in CPR and first aid. 4. Proven experience in healthcare, care giving, or similar roles. 5. Strong knowledge of health care procedures and medical terminology. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality. 8. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality is paramount.
