Lead a team of 2 designers, client facing role, lead projects from end to end. High end residential project across Brisbane and SEQ. Great Role: In this role, you will work with and lead two other more junior designers working primarily on high-end residential projects across Brisbane and SEQ. As a well-respected landscaping brand, they have an ongoing flow of consistent inbound leads. You will be the person who manages the process with clients end to end from inquiry to briefing, prepare the fee and lead the design process and manage the project end to end including fee management, resourcing and timelines. We are open to people who may have some experience leading and area looking for an opportunity to setup or those who have been in leading / design manager roles previously.
