They have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Officer with technical experience within their internal sales team. Experience would ideally come from hydraulics, automation or similar industrial machinery companies. Key Responsibilities Work with a team of Customer Service, Sales & Engineering professionals. Provide technical proposals based on customer requirements. Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic parts to fulfill customer orders. Manage inbound telephone calls, and emails, professionally and in a friendly manner. Maintain the CRM and assist with company process improvement. The right candidate will have: An understanding of engineering processes and be technically minded. Spare parts knowledge - hydraulics or similar is preferred. Positive “can do” attitude.
