You will be responsible for Mechanical or Electrical packages on this major projects. You should be able to read and interpret drawings. Manage and work closely with the Tier 1 Services Sub-contractors and other Service Trades effectively. You will work directly under the Services Manager, as part of a team and attend all the meetings and support him through the full life-cycle of the project. In return you will be given the opportunity to learn from one the best in the business and work towards becoming a Building Services Manager – the training and development is exceptional. To be successful in this role you would require: A very strong focus on Building Services with a trade or degree background coupled with 7 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects Extensive experience with Elec or Mech services on projects in excess of $100m Ability to motivate and mentor those around you. You will have worked for a Building Services contractor or for a main building contractor fulfilling an intermediate-senior level role Steady employment background showing great tenure with past employers.
