You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. key responsibilities will be: Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Cost management and reporting Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements About you Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Minimum 2-3 years experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading a team Strong problem solving skills Ability to establish strong working relationships Why work with Shadforth?
