About the role: Working with the Director Capability Systems Engineering, this role is responsible for advancing specialist engineering services and solutions in SYSTRA ANZ's Security and Technology Solutions (STS) line of business. They are responsible for fostering the delivery of professional, high-quality and innovative Specialist Engineering services as part of delivering solutions to SYSTRA ANZ's clients. The role can be based at any of our office locations, and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model. Some key responsibilities will include: Managing the development of our existing services and capabilities Supporting the design and implementation of new services and capabilities, to meet client demands while ensuring commercial viability Support business development opportunities and growth of STS clients Deliver projects across the lifecycle as they relate to specialist engineering Manage team members and advance their capabilities and capacity in specialist engineering Fostering a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and mentoring NV1 Defence Security Clearance will be required for this role.
