Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications or qualifications in sales or energy management are desirable. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the energy or utilities industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial dynamics, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse markets, and develop effective sales strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively at all levels of an organisation. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools/software, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance productivity and drive sales performance.
