About the role: We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to oversee and lead the business and team across ANZ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance, humanistic people leadership, and achieving sustainable growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize profitability, coaching developing and mentoring the sales team elevating customer satisfaction. You will be hands on leading a number of direct and indirect sales reports across the region. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that aligns with businesses long-term goals and objectives. Identify growth opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them. People Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve organizational targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement - drive a high performance sales culture Financial Management: Manage the budgeting and financial performance of the business unit. Monitor key financial metrics, identify areas for cost savings, and ensure profitability targets are met. Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market insights to make informed decisions and drive product development. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction – Industrial manufacturing channel Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices to optimize production, supply chain, and distribution processes. Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Promote sustainable practices within the business unit. Skills & experience Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a background coming from the industrial chemical manufacturing or import distribution industry. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and budget management experience.
