We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Sales Consultant/ Equipment Specialist Role: Sales Consultant /Equipment Specialist Location: Darra Full-Time Position Responsibilities: Guide customers in selecting the perfect mobility aids, including scooters and electric beds, tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Demonstrate expertise in the proper use and maintenance of mobility equipment, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered. This includes in-home or showroom. Conduct thorough product assessments and fittings to ensure maximum comfort and functionality for each customer. Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements to offer customers the latest and most effective solutions. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or mobility sector. Full unrestricted driver's license for in-home consultations (company vehicles available) Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment, as part of daily responsibilities.
