Sales Executive - Pop Up Leasing — Chadstone, Monash Area

Role purpose The Pop Up Shop Leasing Executive will work closely with the Centre Management and Leasing teams to identify and source retailers for vacant in line shops, ensuring it achieves and exceeds annual pop up shop leasing budgets. The Pop Up Shop Leasing Executive will source new retailers via visits to other centres and expos, proactively identifying new and innovative retailer opportunities, screening all incoming clients, discussing any potential conflicts of interest and maximising the current retailer experience. This role will support our various Victorian Assets. What will you bring? You will be proven sales professional ideally with experience in casual mall or pop up leasing within a retail environment. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills as demonstrated by your background as a high performing sales executive. Your will have a proven background in driving and building new business and will be known for effectively managing and resolving conflict in order to meet business outcomes. You will have strong stakeholder management skill as demonstrated by your background building effective relationships both internally and externally. Renowned for keeping abreast with current markets, trends, consumer needs and attitudes you are passionate about driving outcomes to improve retailer experience. You will hold a current Sub Agents License. Responsibilities Prospecting activities to source new customers using excellent data analytics available, Build relationships with current and future customers by creating solutions that help solve a customer's ultimate goal of growing their business, Community engagement with various networking groups and customer relationship development, Negotiation of casual, pop up leases with consideration to budgets, tenancy mix, availability and merchandise mix goals, Meet and exceed individual and regional budget goals, Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, Administration, monthly reporting and ongoing compliance, Management of your conversion ratios, identify gaps, set business plans with periodical assessment to ensure you stay on track to achieve your individual and team goals, Skills and Experience Experience working in a B2B sales role, with demonstrated achievement hitting sales targets, Demonstration of how your transferable skills can be adapted to this role and industry, High drive for results and great communication skills internally and externally, Demonstrate experience in new business development, follow up, follow through and objection handling, High energy, motivation and ability to contribute best practice, brainstorm challenges, share ideas and strategies within a wider team whilst maintaining a self-motivated, autonomous day to day role.
