Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Sales Support Team Leader? Reporting directly to the Vehicle Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving success and fostering growth within our team. Along with the day-to-day management of the team, you will: Lead, motivate, and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a customer-focused team of Sales Support Consultants through regular one-to-one meetings, team gatherings, training sessions, and coaching sessions, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles and develop the skills and capabilities necessary to meet key metrics and targets. Implement and oversee an efficient appointment booking process and manage customer callbacks through established frameworks. Drive conversion rates, effective lead management, and ensure prompt customer contact. Contribute to the development of lead and frontline customer strategy, actively working towards achieving growth targets. Promote a culture of customer excellence and engagement. Provide insightful reports and data sets to shape strategic direction. Collaborate in the creation and implementation of Quality Assurance frameworks, along with relevant KPIs and incentive programs. To excel in this role, you should: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing teams of sales support consultants within a call centre environment. Proficiency in people management, including leading, inspiring teams to success, and coaching individuals to enhance their performance and development. Proven skill in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Resilience to overcome challenges and adapt to evolving situations. Excellent customer relations skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
