Services_APAC-E693 Inside Sales - Pump Parts & Retrofit - Full Time - Salisbury QLD, Australia Join our Services_APAC team within Services division in Australia as Inside Sales - Pump Parts & Retrofit to help us take Sulzer to the next level. Your main tasks and responsibilities: Ensure the preparation of offers, tenders, and company bids in compliance with Salesforce Sales process (and are continuously updated) and through appropriate factory (and competence centre) engagements Ensure the alignment with sales targets, specific to the PPR business unit, and the implementation of company policies / guidelines for the definition and preparation of all financial/ economic items of the assigned bids Ensure the implementation of the assigned bid (or offer) strategy, risks are identified and consolidated according to the company risk management procedure Support to the bidding tools and processes improvement using allocated business tools, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft 365 In case of award of the bid (or offer) and contract signature, ensure the complete handover to the Service Centre Manager, Works Manager, and or Project Manager of all bid relevant data (contractual data, technical requirements, economics evaluations). POST award, the bid (or offer) will require logistic management (and support) and engagement to meet determined service level agreements Ensure providing the Finance Business Partner, Head of Services, Service Centre Manager, Works Manager, and or Project Manager with the validated whole life costs estimation, assumptions, revenues, margins, risks, contingencies, and work schedule. What you bring to Sulzer: Degree Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (desired) or related discipline. Strong pump parts & retrofit knowledge. 3 Years' experience in PreSales or Bidding position. 3 years' experience with Electrical / Mechanical products Strong communication skills. Strong contractual knowledge and attention to risk High level skills in time management. Ability to engage and work with others.
