Providing technical application support, discussing potential design options, troubleshooting issues, and gathering information for future upgrades. You will also be required to identify and pursue new opportunities within your market, liaise with the designers and support the workshop with information on service and installations. In addition, you will be required to prepare quotations and enter all activities into the company CRM system, following product and project sales from initial client engagement through to completion. Duties Support an existing client base in the agricultural and irrigation sector Pursue new and existing client opportunities Work alongside all internal stakeholders Conduct 360 sales from initial client contact to hand over Develop and provide project and system cost estimations Provided technical support to clients in the agricultural, irrigation and farming sectors Skills Preferably have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in the pump, irrigation or water sectors Bring an understanding of design interpretation and product application knowledge You could have a transferable sales background from the electrical, valve, pipe or fittings sectors Bring a track record of sales with an entrepreneurial flare for creating a new opportunity Have sound written and verbal communication skills Culture of the branch The attitude in the organisation is to get in and get things done calmly and transparently.
