About the role This position is a part time, job share role in the Community Care team based at the Dr Mackay Community Centre in Moruya. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and customer service to clients and the delivery team of Council’s senior services. Your main duties will include: Responding to phone calls and emails, providing quality and responsive customer service. Contributing to rostering, timesheet and reimbursement processes. Allocating resources and purchasing goods and services as authorised by planning and coordination staff. Contributing to the Administrative team’s objectives and business strategy to improve service delivery. Implementing efficient processes and procedures for client and volunteer management. Salary Information Total remuneration for the role is in the range $36.55 to $39.97 gross per hour consisting of: $32.93 to $36.01 base salary 3.62 to $3.96 superannuation (at 11%) A satisfactory outcome as a result of a National Criminal History Record Check is required for appointment to this position.
