Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Achieving Project Sales targets across the group for BMS and integration products Assisting the National Service Sales Manager with service contract bids Yearly budgeting for Technology Sales across the group Collaborating with stakeholders to form strategies to win key projects and support sales team members Delivering presentations to key clients on solutions offered by VAE Group Supporting mechanical sales teams with BMS proposals for joint bids Developing and supporting new and existing customers with technology solutions. Desired Skills and Experience What makes you stand out An ideal candidate will demonstrate their proven sales and management experience in the same or similar industry, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Strong experience in the Building Systems Technology field Relevant Trade or University qualification is desirable Proven success with Building Systems Technology sales Proven experience leading and developing teams Exceptional communication and customer service skills Culture Most importantly the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success .
