Business Analyst & Salesforce Administrator - Community Outreach — Yagoona, Bankstown Area

This role will play a critical part in enhancing our Salesforce platform through customisations and configurations. About Us: RSPCA NSW is the state's leading animal welfare charity, dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals by actively promoting their care and protection. Our Community Outreach team focuses on education, programs, and outreach initiatives to engage with communities and encourage animal welfare across NSW. Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst & Salesforce Administrator to join our Community Outreach team. This role will play a critical part in enhancing our Salesforce platform through customisations and configurations, working closely with our development partner. The ideal candidate will liaise between our team and developers, translating requirements into actionable briefs, managing priorities, and overseeing testing processes while handling day-to-day BAU admin requests from the team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Community Outreach team to gather requirements and translate them into briefs. Act as our development partner's primary point of contact, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment. Understand the whole ecosystem of our Community Outreach team, coordinating priorities and ensuring alignment with department goals. Perform Salesforce Administrator tasks, including page layouts, reports, field value updates, and permission changes. Provide ongoing support and training to team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Previous experience using Case Management and Service Cloud products preferred. Strong business analysis skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to the mission of RSPCA NSW.
