The centre celebrates Educators who are forward-thinking, implementing their learning styles, and truly put their passion into practice The centres has many great programs; such as intergenerational learning, ready steady go, transition to school, regular excursions and many more Benefits: Full-time, permanent employment Up to $52 per hour 6 weeks annual leave 22.5 hours paid time off for of NESA accredited training and support Excellent range of extra-curricular activities and excursions Preschool Room Supportive team and excellent workplace culture Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification) An excellent understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance. At least 1 year experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, or equivalent Right to Work in Australia (This is a full-time position, and so unfortunately we cannot accept Student Visa holders) Key Responsibilities: Providing exceeding education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice. Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning. Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development.
