Due to rapid expansion nationally, they are currently looking for Site and Project Engineers with a background working in construction to join their Moss Vale team. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Site and Project Engineer with a background in building construction to join our team. This exciting project encompasses various aspects including facility construction, track installation, civil works, and coordination with local authorities for essential services. Role and Responsibilities: Ensure construction-related aspects of the project meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to time, cost and quality Maintain the contractual schedule/program, including productivity units and extension of time Engagement and management of subcontractors from tender to scope delivery Monitor and report on task productivity, financial outcomes and performing cost control to ensure project targets are optimised Provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria Ensure project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to in order to maintain an exemplary safety culture Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in building construction, preferably in infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. A stable career history with reputable contractors A commitment to safety and health for all onsite Good communication and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication The ability to communicate across all levels of the business, including client interface.
