: We are currently recruiting for a Finance Systems Administration Oficer. In this new role, reporting to the Finance Optimisation Manager within our Group Finance team, the role is ultimately responsible for assisting to maintain and administer our core finance systems including user administration, assisting users with their enquiries and finding solutions to problems or requests raised by business users. Perform finance system administration and maintenance tasks to facilitate the efficient and effective use of the Group finance systems by finance and operational users (including but not limited to Microsoft D365, PowerBI, Planful & Blackline). Support finance and operational users by providing solutions and guidance on how to perform finance system tasks and processes, resolving queries, troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate. Contribute to the provision of quality and sustainable health services through effective use of the finance systems within the ethos of the philosophy, mission, values and ethics of St Vincent's Health Australia. The role will additionally provide some support to build reporting capabilities for our business divisions. We are looking for candidates who have: Knowledge and experience of finance systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365, Blackline, and data capture tools. Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis experience. Experience with report writing and extraction tools, including the accurate interpretation and formatting of data Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Accounting, Business or a related business area, or recognised relevant industry certifications, or study towards obtaining one of these.
