The National Field Sales Planner (NFSP) reviews multiple sources of data to provide insights, reports and recommendations to the Head of Musketeers (HOFS), and the State Field teams. The role is primarily responsible for capacity planning to ensure we maximize the return from our investment in our internal field sales resources. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand all RESOURCE CAPACITY PLANNING & PRODUCTIVITY (50%) Collaborate with Regional On Premise Managers and Key Account Managers to collate and clarify requests for regular or ad hoc field execution. Drive ROI of field resource by providing recommendations to Regional On Premise Managers on deployment of resources to maximize account activity and opportunities in ALL channels, with the appropriate resource. Maximize capacity planning through a standardized approach by state and provide support to ROPM's and LOPM's. RECORDING AND REPORTING (25%) Regularly audit venues and groups to ensure consistency of execution standards. Ensure timely adherence and completion of state reporting requirements and collate for HOM's / ROPM's & LOPM's. Identify opportunities and challenges within Field results and recommend actions as part of Field planning. Generate reports for HOM's to develop initiatives as part of annual Business Planning processes. Lead field reporting updates for MRM (Monthly Review Meetings) and ad hoc business presentations. POWER PLANNING file MANAGEMENT (10%) Complete quarterly updates of the Power Planning tool in order to review performance and recommend future deployment of resource, including structural changes as part of the annual Business Planning process. FIELD SALES COMMUNICATION (15%) Ascertain business and field priorities, and facilitate alignment to deliver Planning Meeting presentations and field tools within strict timelines. Collate, coordinate judging and publish Field Best Practice documents regularly to strict timelines. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Minimum 3 years relevant Field Sales experience. Competent IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda on a daily basis and deliver against tight deadlines. University Degree preferred but not essential (Business, Marketing or similar).
