For more information, visit: https://tle.mmem.com.au/minchinbury The Role: TLE Minchinbury seeks a sales-oriented all-rounder, with customer service/sales experience within an electrical wholesaler / or an electrician looking to make a move off the tools to join their close-knit team. This is a permanent full-time position: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, no weekends Your key responsibilities include: Counter sales - provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries in person, including the promotion of a large and diverse product set; in person, over the phone and by email. Purchasing officer - liaising with suppliers, the warehouse and sales team daily for purchasing needs, discussing pricing, stock availability and delivery dates. Raise, send, expedite, and receipt purchase orders. Inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained including re-stocking shelves, packing orders and associated administration. Other ad-hoc duties around the branch. To be successful in this role: You have full and unrestricted Australian working rights. (Sponsorship is not offered for this role.) You MUST have previous customer service/sales experience within an electrical wholesaler or an electrician looking to make a move off the tools. You will have experience working in a purchasing or inventory control role (essential) You hold a valid class c driver’s license. You possess superb verbal and written communication skills with the ability to show initiative with regards to multitasking and problem solving. You have the desire and drive to build a long-term career. You can work both autonomously and within a supportive and close-knit team.
