As a senior civil engineer, you will lead projects from start to finish, ensure that project designs are timely and meets the necessary standard. As a valued member of the leadership team, you’ll actively take part in the decision-making and contribute to the company’s strategic direction. DUTIES Lead projects from start to finish Prepare comprehensive Civil Engineering reports Maintain and develop relationships with project partners Train and mentor junior team members Design projects using Civil software such as 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC and HEC-RAS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Engnieerng is required Advanced proficiency in HEC-RAS, MUSIC and DRAINS is desirable Leadership qualities to lead, train and mentor junior team members Minimum 6 years of experience as a Civil Engineer with a consultsncy Chartered Engineer and DBPA Professional Engineer preferred Experience in civil design work for urban developments and stormwater CULTURE The company boasts a supportive and energetic environment ensuring the team progress within their career and having fun doing so.
