BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Manoeuvre trucks (Agitated trucks and Delivery Trucks) into position for loading and unloading, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Safely load and unload vehicles using lifting and tipping devices. Conduct regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely. Estimate weights to comply with load limitations and ensure safe distribution of weight. Ensure goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage. Drive a heavy trucks, requiring a specially endorsed class of license, to transport bulky goods. Verify loading documents, check the condition of goods, and obtain certification of deliveries. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Qualification & Experience Valid driver's license with a specially endorsed class for heavy trucks. Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role in the transportation industry. Knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy objects. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and professionalism. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
