Role Description: As the Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in scoping and designing customised security projects, focusing on penetration testing, risk assessment, and ongoing security operations support. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach in collaboration with the sales team to craft security solutions that effectively minimise risks and protect client assets. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement : Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their security needs and business objectives. Solution Design : Architect customized cybersecurity solutions that incorporate risk assessments, penetration testing, and 24/7 security operations centre (SOC) capabilities. Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to translate technical requirements into compelling sales proposals that clearly articulate the value and effectiveness of our solutions. Project Scoping : Define the scope of security projects, ensuring all client requirements are met while aligning with Triskele Labs’ strategic goals. Technical Leadership : Provide expert advice and guidance on the latest cybersecurity practices and innovations to both clients and internal teams. Documentation : Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project proposals and implementation strategies. Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting or a similar role within a pre-sales environment. Strong technical foundation in penetration testing, risk assessments, and SOC operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to design and implement unique, effective security solutions. Solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and regulatory standards in Australia and globally. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM etc) are highly desirable. Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Energetic and proactive, with a strong client-oriented focus. Able to work collaboratively within a team setting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Working Location & Travel Requirements: This is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to be present in the office three days per week. The role also necessitates interstate travel to client sites. The frequency of travel will vary based on client requirements and cannot be precisely determined in advance.
