What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sustainability team as a Sustainability Admin Support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial assistance to the Sustainability Director and Sustainability Manager by executing various data and reporting tasks. Additionally, you will engage in a variety of sustainability-related initiatives that contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable future. Please note that this is a part-time role for 15 hours per week. An overview of the role: Assist with energy performance reporting to track and analyze the organization's energy consumption. Conduct data entry required for NABERS rating, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Perform lease abstraction, extracting sustainability-related requirements and inputting them into our systems. Analyze and maintain the sustainability project database, ensuring accurate and updated project information. Expand our sustainable products library by researching and adding new products that meet our sustainability criteria. Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks related to sustainability initiatives. Sound like the job you are looking for? Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for: Undergraduate degree from a recognized university, with a preference for qualifications in science, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmental stewardship. Proficient in data entry, analysis, and reporting, with a strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
