Senior Network Engineer Working for one of the most prestigious fin-tech companies across the globe, you will be responsible for the infrastructure networks and complex LAN/WAN environments. This requires a good understanding of not only the technical network problems, but also broader business problems being solved. You need to be highly experienced across Cisco & Arista networks as these are the core technologies you will be supporting. The role is based full time in their Sydney CBD office and is a 12-month Fixed term contract which is very likely to be extended or converted to perm. What you'll be doing Support end-to-end infrastructure deployments across network and security platforms. Build, manage and support complex international LAN/WAN & security environment. Drive research, innovation, and implementation of infrastructure capacity and reliability optimizations in our Infrastructure environment. Automate, monitor, and benchmark networks and systems. Your Skills: 10 years of working experience as a senior network engineer or architect with proven on-box experience, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex LANs and WANs. Certification of Cisco CCIE or Arista ACE Level 4 or above Experience designing, implementing, and supporting LAN networks on Arista and Cisco products. Experience working in a multi zone, multi-tier firewall architecture. Experience designing, implementing, and supporting DC environments. Administrating Unix systems Monitoring and managing diverse international WAN networks.
