Opportunity to join an international, womenswear success story as their Merchandise Admin Assistant. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MAA to join our clients team. The MAA will be responsible for planning and executing the administrative duties for the Merchandising Team, as well as helping develop processes and procedures to streamline the department. Your integral work will ensure we have the right products in stock at the right time and in the right quantities through a keen eye for detail. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Working with the Merchandising team to provide administrative support through daily and weekly tasks for the department. Providing crucial support to the Merchandising team by taking an active role in analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining stock levels. Manage and build relationships with suppliers and maintain contact both on email and over the telephone. Prepare and maintain data sheets with relevant colleagues such as supplier fabric forecasts/supplier competency reports/unpublished reports. Provides Best & worst reports for the team. PO Raising across newness & re orders. A keen eye for detail required. PO closing/Delivery schedule/Critical Path managing & monitoring alongside your production & logistics manager. Supporting the Visual Merchandising function with the ecom team Site optimisation- ensuring that new product has been launched efficiently and in a timely manner to the right market. Reviewing the customer journey with the ecom team and supporting with any ad hoc requests Supporting the wider business through ad hoc requests Commercially aware of the market ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field. Proven experience in merchandising or related roles. Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation and visual merchandising. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behaviour, and merchandising principles.
