About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant with broad experience in the health care sector to join our Rehabilitation at Home team. Be part of a growing service that supports hospital demand management and meets individual preferences for quality care at home. On a daily basis you will: Support the daily operations of the Rehab at Home program in accordance with the model of care Manage the administration component of the program's referral management and intake function Support clients through the onboarding process, program engagement and discharge Manage the administration of the digital care platform Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including SVVH colleagues and external service providers Participate in improvement initiatives and service development activities to support the growth of the program nationally Your Contribution Knowledge, experience and ability to provide advanced level administrative support Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working within a health care setting including knowledge of general medical and healthcare terminology Experience using client record management systems and databases Benefits Generous Salary packaging increasing your take home pay Employee Assistance Program for employees and their families Access to Fitness Passport (discounted gym and leisure memberships) Working at St Vincent's Health Australia St Vincent's Health Australia is the largest diversified health care organisation within Australia's not for profit Catholic health care sector.
