$150k ASAP start MELB South-East Supporting the Founder and working closely with the Client Services Director, this critical hire will be responsible for developing & implementing all creative content strategy, paid social, SEO and the rollout of plans & key tactics for various consumer clients. The Opportunity: Support the Founder and work closely with internal Directors across various disciplines within the business Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement Oversee the end-to-end workflow of media plans, from receipt of the brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality Coordinate with the Client Services Team to understand client requirements and priorities and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, performance updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise Collaborate with the Client Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships You: Live in Melbourne and have full working rights Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications 8-10 years of digital media or content experience preferred Comfortable operating in a nimble, fast-paced, creative environment Excellent verbal and written skills Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail-oriented Can turn insights into actions Knowledge of Programmatic, Video, Social, Search and SEO practices are desirable Good understanding of data analytics
