Skills and Experience Minimum 3-5 years experience working on app, digital or creative content, simplifying the complex to distil what's important and relevant to the customer An ability to produce customer-centric content, elevating design and improving customer experience An ability to write and adapt your language to maintain consistency with the rest of the proposition (customer-centric, plain English) An ability to strike a harmonious balance between long-term, big-picture thinking and getting things delivering quickly Experience working with Figma (or other design tools) Experience working within a design team, creative team or in an agency environment Visa will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.
