Assist with designing and implementation of solutions. Assist with creation of technical documentation. Liaise with stakeholders and provide project updates/timelines. Provide technical support and training to clients when needed. Assist the team with BAU support (staff cover only, on an ad-hoc basis). Assist with the smooth transition from implementation to BAU support. Key Role Requirements: Experience in a similar role, implementing solutions. Exceptional stakeholder management and account management experience. Ability to stick to deadlines and provide regular project updates. Strong ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Conscientious, driven, and self-motivated. Technical Requirements: Experience with network administration (routers, switches, LAN, WAN). Experience with VMWare, ESXi, and virtual servers. Experience with Office 365 migrations and upgrades. Strong familiarity with cloud solutions (MS Azure). Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery (Veeam/Shadow Protect). Strong understanding of Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022). Experience with Exchange, Office 365, AD, and SharePoint.
