Our client is seeking a part time Administration Support Officer who has the flexibility to work 5 days in the busy periods. Administration Support Officer Waste, Fleet and Operations (Facilities) Department 3 days a week leading into 5 days within the busiest period. Contract role - 3 months with possible extension This role provides administrative support with a strong emphasis on customer service to the Waste Manager and Fleet Operations Coordinators Responsibilities: Provide general administration support Create customer requests in the record system Assist with the preparation of waste data reports and maintenance of bin request spreadsheets Assist with the preparation of fleet utilisation reports, service schedules and job card entry Facilitate administration meetings, agendas and minutes for team meetings and toolbox meetings Provide excellent customer service and ensure all enquiries are answered promptly Review invoices and prepare for payment Issues authorised purchase orders as required Essential: Highly developed administration and time management skills Well-developed skills in MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Strong commitment to customer service C Class driver's licence Desirable: Sound working knowledge of Technology One and Content Manager software
